As founder and president of MAR Management Solutions, LLC, Eileen Alicea has managed the implementation of numerous government projects for over six years. Ms. Alicea attended the University of Miami Rosenstiel School of Marine and Atmospheric Science where she received a M.A in Marine Affairs and Policy. She has complete fluency in oral and written Spanish and English.
Ms. Alicea leads a group of highly educated, credentialed and committed consultants on the successful completion of complex environmentally related projects.
